The TIAM Vita B5 Toner is a hydrating toner formulated with Pro-Vitamin B5 and NMF to provide instant hydration to the skin, while peptide and betaine work to restore the skin balance. This toner strengthens the skin barrier to prevent skin damage. Retains moisture in the skin for the entire day, leaving the skin supple and bouncy.

How to use:

• Apply an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad
• Apply whilst gently following the lines of your skin
• Turn the cotton pad over and gently pat the absorb the contents
