How to use:

• Cleanse your face thoroughly and optionally, use a toner to prepare the skin.
• Remove the sheet mask from its packaging and unfold carefully. Align the mask to your face, starting around the eyes, then smooth it into place to ensure full contact with your skin.
• Leave on for about 15 to 20 minutes. Avoid leaving on much longer, as the sheet may begin to dry and draw moisture back from your skin. 
  
• Remove the mask and gently pat any remaining essence into your skin until absorbed. Proceed with your usual cream or moisturizer if needed.

Tip: For enhanced soothing, place the mask in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before use. This will help calm redness and boost the barrier-repair benefit.
