The COSRX Centella Water Alcohol-free Toner is formulated with plant extracts, 82% mineral water, and 10% centella asiatica leaf water. Its soothing ingredients help to calm irritated skin, significantly hydrate and infuse the skin with nourishment, and reduce pores.
How to use:
- Apply an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad
- Apply whilst gently following the lines of your skin
- Turn the cotton pad over and gently pat the absorb the contents
